We’re thrilled to announce that Ann Pollert, workforce enthusiast, founder of AMP Consulting, and one of our incredible partners, has been selected to present at ACTE’s CareerTech Vision 2025! CareerViewXR is proud to be featured as part of her impactful session happening during the conference on December 9th-12th in Nashville, TN.
Titled “Fast Lane to Career Literacy: Virtual Paths to Real Futures,” the presentation will share Ann’s experience with the impact virtual reality can have in transforming career exploration for rural and tribal schools. Ann will discuss how a mobile classroom van equipped with VR headsets and CareerViewXR’s content in North Dakota is helping students in underserved areas explore high-demand careers without the limitations of time, geography, funding, privacy, or safety.
Attendees will walk away with practical resources and strategies to bring VR-based career awareness to their own existing education systems and settings. They will also learn how the technology can open doors for students who may not otherwise have access to field trip or job shadow opportunities that align with their interests and abilities. This session is ideal for leaders and instructors looking for innovative ways to drive engagement and career awareness in CTE programs.
Ann is excited to participate at this year’s CareerTech Vision. She shared, “I’m honored to present at CareerTech Vision 2025 and share how virtual reality is transforming career exploration in places that often get overlooked.” Ann continued, “When students in rural and tribal communities get to see and experience careers that match their interests and strengths—without leaving their schools—it builds confidence, expands possibilities, and helps them realize their futures are full of opportunity. CareerViewXR has been a game-changer in making those connections possible.”
(Note: Once additional session details like exact time and location are available, we will add them to this article as well as promote them through social media and the CareerViewXR newsletter.)
What is CareerTech Vision?

Being selected to present at this prestigious event is a testament to the value and innovation Ann brings to the field, and we’re honored that CareerViewXR is a part of the story.
This annual conference changes host cities every year, with this year’s event taking place at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennesse from December 9th-12th. Members of the CareerViewXR team have attended the conference for many years, and we encourage CTE professionals to consider attending at least once!
